Update: Red Monday Revealed

Earlier this month, we asked a question (or, more accurately, we passed along a question asked of us by someone who probably knew better already), “What is Red Monday?” Besides an enigmatic website full of countdown timers and password boxes, we mean. Well, guess what? Now, it’s full of sound, too! The kind you can put on your branded MP3 or personal media player (your brand name here! Potential sponsors, please contact us).

That’s right, now you have yet another reason to hate Mondays! The Red Monday site updated yesterday and players discovered the first episode, downloadable free, in a series of podcasts styled as an audio play with a story centering around a nuclear attack on Los Angeles, California. Go, go, apocalypse!

Early reports from Unfiction players who have listened to the first episode (the only one available so far) have been overwhelmingly positive. The first episode is a free download and subsequent episodes will be $1.67 each, or $5.00 $4.99 for all four remaining episodes. It’s a forty dollar value!
